May 18, 2009 - Skinny Jim's Blends, LLC formed. Website domain and hosting registered.
May 18, 2009 - June 3, 2009 - Website is created with spice education information, background on our company and values, our philanthropic mission, recipes, contact information and product listing.
June 4, 2009 - We are LIVE! Online ordering is now available for Skinny Jim's Blends (Original, Cajun, and Low Sodium) as well as a Variety pack so you can try all 3 for $1.00 less than buying them individually! So what are you doing reading our news...? Go buy some today!
June 5, 2009 - "Skinny Jim" and his Wife Melanie attend a fund-raising gala to benefit The Children's Therapy Center of Fair Lawn, NJ. Skinny Jim's Blends, LLC donates 600 bottles of Skinny Jim's Original Blend to be placed in the "SWAG Bags" that attendees receive.
June 5, 2009 - "A rolling stone gathers no moss" - "Skinny Jim" begins working on our next line of product - flavor infused oils! More info to come... salivate on that thought for now...
