We have setup various email addresses for contacting us regarding whatever issue, concern, question, comment, compliment, complaint (GASP!), costs, billing, recipes, website and pretty much anything you would need or want to contact us for... even if you're just bored and want to talk to someone or simply say "Hi!"

feedback@skinnyjimsblends.com - To be used for general feedback about our products or to send us your questions about our products or spices in general.
purchase@skinnyjimsblends.com - To be used for inquiries regarding our ordering process, shipping costs, and anything associated with purchasing our product. If you would like to speak with someone regarding purchasing large quantities or bulk quantities, this would be the email to use as well.
recipes@skinnyjimsblends.com - You can submit a recipe to us that you have created or developed using our blend. We will put your name in lights and post your recipe for others to view and use. Additionally, if you have any comments or questions about our recipes as posted on our website you can use this email address as well. If you would like to know other ways to use our blend on a meat or product that we do not cover on our Recipes section, feel free to ask us to come up with something for you as well.
administrator@skinnyjimsblends.com - This is to report problems with the website or suggestions for improvement. Our website is constantly evolving and growing. If you want to see something on here that you think can benefit the general public, let us know!
support@skinnyjimsblends.com - Can be used for pretty much anything that is not covered in the other email addresses.
All of our email addresses listed are monitored actively throughout the day and a timely response will be given regardless of which address above you use. We try to respond to your questions or comments within 24 hours, depending on the volume of emails we are receiving. Usually you will get a response within a couple of hours.
